Project management
Phase 1
Project study and budget
- Meeting with the project owner for presentation and note-taking of requests
- On-site measurements
- Drawing of plans using software for the existing project
- Study of interior layout plans while respecting technical constraints and load-bearing structures
- Budget analysis
- Work scheduling
Phase 2
Preparation of quotes and execution plan before work begins
- Schematic drawings: demolitions, constructions, technical plans
- Interior layout drawings: tiling, carpentry
- Measurement calculations to determine the specifications for each contractor
- Specifications and tendering to companies for the presentation of the overall quote
- Request for administrative permits
Phase 3
Site supervision and orders management
- Execution plan drawings: demolitions, constructions, technical plans
- Work supervision, site meetings, and writing of minutes
- Ordering of materials and layouts
- Development of the construction schedule
- Budget tracking during the project
- Verification of deposits and invoices from contractors
Fees range from 10% to 15% of the project budget, or on an hourly rate basis. The percentage and rate will be determined based on the size and complexity of the project.
